Kim Kramer began his real estate career in Kentucky in March 2006 and has since built a reputation as a results-driven broker, investor, and property manager. With nearly two decades of experience across residential, multifamily, and investment real estate, Kim brings a practical, hands-on approach to every transaction.

Early in his career, Kim worked extensively with short sales, bank-owned properties, and investor clients, giving him a strong foundation in distressed assets and value-driven opportunities. This experience led to long-standing relationships with investors and financial institutions, and ultimately to the creation of his own real estate and property management companies.

As the owner of WKF Realty and Best Rentals, Kim actively manages and invests in rental properties throughout Kentucky. His dual role as both broker and investor allows him to provide clients with real-world insight—not just theory—when it comes to acquisitions, portfolio growth, and asset management.
